1. Definitions and merchant identity

“BrandElevateHub” and “the Platform” mean the customer-facing digital-media licensing service. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the Platform and, for payment collection, invoicing, licensing, eligible refunds and grievances, the registered merchant/operator Mesh Creation.

2. Eligibility, accounts and acceptable access

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction, or use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian where applicable. Keep account and checkout information accurate, protect access credentials, and do not scrape private areas, bypass controls, interfere with service operation or use another buyer’s order or download access.

3. Digital assets and licence grant

Assets include licensed images, transparent PNGs, video and other displayed digital media. A completed purchase grants the non-exclusive Standard or Extended licence recorded for the exact asset, variant and licence type. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. The purchased order and licence certificate control if general page text differs from the retained transaction record.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

The asset page and checkout show the amount and currency for the selected asset, variant and licence. Applicable tax, if any, and the final total are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the selected provider. A bank, UPI application, receipt or statement may show the registered merchant name or another provider-approved descriptor.

5. Digital delivery

No physical shipping applies. Fulfilment begins after successful server-side payment verification. Protected links may expire or have bounded uses, and provider, webhook, maintenance or security checks can delay availability. The current account flow may issue a fresh eligible link without rewriting the order.

6. Prohibited use and automated-rights systems

• Do not resell, redistribute or expose the original file as standalone stock.
• Do not upload it to another stock, template, clipart or download marketplace.
• Do not use it as a trademark, logo or false exclusive-ownership claim.
• Do not use it for unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful or harmful purposes.
• Do not register the asset, or a work containing it, with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager or a similar automated enforcement system.
• Do not assert copyright claims, strikes or takedowns against another authorised licensee.

7. Intellectual property and attribution

Platform design, copy, software and marketplace materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Public contributor attribution appears only where the Platform has an approved contributor and an active verified ownership relationship; legacy or unassigned assets are not attributed by inference.

8. Suspension, fraud and abuse

We may pause checkout, delivery or account access to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, credential misuse, unlawful use, automated-rights claims or security abuse. An incorrect automated claim must be withdrawn promptly after notice. Retained orders, payment evidence and statutory rights are not erased by a suspension.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, delivery-failure, duplicate-payment and eligible-refund handling is described in the Cancellation, Refund & Download Policy. A full refund may revoke the related entitlement and active download token.

10. Availability, disclaimers and liability

Available 24×7, subject to scheduled maintenance. We use reasonable safeguards but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent legally permitted, liability is limited to direct loss connected with the affected order and does not exceed its amount. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a statutory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Uttarakhand.
