Standard licence

Everyday business and content use

Standard license for web, social media, presentations, blogs, ads and general commercial use with standard distribution limits.

Websites, blogs, presentations and social media posts

Extended licence

Broader commercial campaigns

Extended license for larger campaigns, resale-included products, templates, merchandise or higher-volume commercial use.

Broader paid advertising and commercial brand usage

Ownership is not transferred

Ownership of the original asset is not transferred. A purchase grants defined, non-exclusive usage rights. It does not transfer copyright, the original asset, exclusive rights or the right to prevent another authorised buyer from using the same asset.

Licence certificate delivery

A verified asset purchase provides a downloadable licence certificate linked to the retained order item. It records the buyer, asset, selected file variant, licence and verification identity. Keep it with the invoice and order receipt.

Content ID and Rights Manager

Do not register the licensed asset, or a work containing it, with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager or a similar automated copyright-enforcement system. Do not make claims against another authorised licensee.

General restrictions

Do not resell or redistribute the original file as a standalone stock asset.
Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights.
Do not register the licensed asset, or a work containing it, with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager or a similar automated copyright-enforcement system.
Do not make copyright claims, strikes, takedown requests or ownership assertions against another authorised licensee using the same asset within a valid license.
Do not use the asset in illegal, misleading or defamatory contexts.
