Successful server-side payment verification precedes fulfilment. When supported by the current order flow, the buyer receives access through the account, protected order confirmation or receipt together with an invoice and licence certificate.
We do not promise instant delivery while a payment provider or webhook confirmation is still pending.
Download links are scoped to the purchased asset, file variant, licence and buyer/order. They may expire or have a bounded number of uses. Where the current account flow supports it, an eligible buyer can request a fresh link without changing the paid order or licence record.
Contact support if the delivered file is missing, wrong, corrupt or inaccessible, or if payment was captured but the entitlement or download remains pending. Include the order reference, payment reference and a concise description so the retained payment and fulfilment records can be checked.
Buyers are responsible for supplying a correct account and email address. Scheduled maintenance, security controls, provider delays or network incidents may delay fulfilment while the platform protects the order and original file.

For a payment or delivery issue, use the support or grievance route. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
