Controller and operator

BrandElevateHub is the customer-facing Platform. For the processing connected with Indian payment collection, invoicing, licensing, eligible refunds and grievances, the registered merchant/operator is Mesh Creation.

Information categories

• Account and contact information supplied by the buyer
• Order, invoice, delivery, refund and licensing records
• Support requests and grievance correspondence
• Payment status, provider and transaction references—not raw card or UPI credentials
• Session, security and abuse-prevention signals
• Usage and privacy-minimised analytics needed to operate and improve the Platform

Purposes and necessity

We use information to create and protect accounts, form and fulfil orders, lock prices and licences, deliver files, issue invoices and certificates, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, maintain legally required records and understand reliable aggregate product usage. Processing is limited to contractual, legal, security and legitimate business needs applicable to these activities.

Payments and service-provider categories

Payment information is handled by the provider selected at checkout—Razorpay for supported Indian checkout and PayPal where selected for supported international checkout. BrandElevateHub does not store raw card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or PayPal credentials. Other provider categories may include infrastructure and storage, security, analytics and support communication services.

Cookies, sessions and analytics

The Platform may use essential cookies or similar storage for authenticated sessions, security, preferences and checkout continuity. Analytics and security signals are used in bounded form to understand public-page performance, purchase flows and abuse; they are not a licence to expose private asset or payment credentials.

Retention

Retention depends on account status, order and licence evidence, invoice and tax/legal obligations, fraud and security needs, support history and active disputes. We do not promise deletion where continued retention is mandatory or needed to preserve a paid licence, financial record, legal claim or security evidence.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask support to access or correct relevant account information, or request deletion where applicable. We may verify identity and retain information required for completed orders, licences, tax/legal records, fraud prevention, disputes or other mandatory purposes.

International processing

Where a selected payment, infrastructure, storage, analytics, security or communication provider operates across countries, information may be processed outside the buyer’s location only as needed to provide that service and subject to the provider and applicable legal safeguards.

Children and security

The Platform is not directed to children who cannot lawfully enter a purchase. A minor must use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
