Cancellation, Refund & Download Policy

Cancellation

You may leave checkout before payment. After payment but before fulfilment, contact support immediately; cancellation may be possible only if the order can still be stopped technically. Once a licence and download have been delivered, there is no automatic change-of-mind refund, subject always to applicable law.

Cases eligible for review

• Duplicate payment for the same intended order
• Payment captured but no entitlement or download was created
• The wrong asset or file variant was delivered
• The delivered file is corrupt or unusable because of a delivery defect
• The purchased variant is unavailable
• A technical delivery failure remains unresolved after support review

Review and refund timing

Support checks the retained order, payment, entitlement and delivery evidence. An approved eligible refund is initiated within 5–7 business days. The bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Within 5–7 business days after an eligible refund is approved.

Refund destination and access

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds or send funds to a different account or destination. When applicable, a full refund revokes the related entitlement and active download token.

Fraud and chargebacks

Suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or a chargeback may pause fulfilment and access while records are reviewed with the provider. This policy does not require a buyer to waive a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy.
